I have translated on the assumption this is a bailiff's report concerning an attempt to recover goods and/or money -- it would be better though to be sure of the context (see my earlier request) Does the "réquisition" refer to the claim by the plaintiff in the proceedings or the request to the bailiff (i.e. to execute a warrant)?
