I am having difficulty in correctly phrasing what appears to be a set phrase in a ruling from a court of first instance in Cameroon "sans que les presentes qualites puissent nuire ou prejudicier aux droits et interets des parties en cause, mais au contraire sous les plus expresses reserves de fait et de droit ;" The best I can do at the moment is as follows, but I would be extremely grateful if anyone could put me right! - "without the possibility of damage or prejudice to the rights and interests of the parties involved, which, on the contrary, are most expressly subject to fact and law;"
