Law/Patents - Law (general) / notarised doc (change of co name)
French term or phrase: Droits d’écriture
followed by":

"le droit s'eleve a quatre-vingt quinze euros (EUR 95,00)"

some kind of a fee...

I've asked this question before and ended up using "registration fee" which the client (Belgian) accepted.

Explanation:
'registration fee' should be fine, especially for a change of company name in the companies register, but the usual English term in the context of deeds, etc. is this one. If there are any other fees payable *to the registrar* at the same time, this one may be more explicit.
