French term or phrase: Reserve P.A.
On a divorce document issued by the Court of First Instance in Brussels. One line above it is written "Reserve imputabilite des torts". I have no clue what P.A. is. Help!!!!!

Explanation:
Why should you know? Translation isn't a guessing game, don't (waste time trying to) translate it and flag it up in the feedback for the client to explain. You are not supposed to know what every abbreviations means, apart from the very common ones obviously; they'll probably have to ask around in the office before giving you an answer... Believe me, I once asked my local tax office to explain to me what a particular abbreviation on my tax declaration meant and they couldn't tell me! They called me back later, and rather sheepishly, with the answer...

I put a high confidence level because I am sure this is what I would do!
