French to English translations [PRO] Law (general) / court ruling | | French term or phrase: audience tenue en double rapporteur | I have never come across this before and can only find one hit on the Internet for the term. Does anybody know what it is please? "tenue en double rapporteur" - does it mean there are to court reporters? Is it that literal?
Thanks to everybody who contributes to helping me to render this correctly. |
| | | hearing held in the presence of two rapporteurs (reporting judges) | Explanation: 'Rapporteurs' are 'reporting judges' who prepare cases for trial.
