"partial release" is yet another term.
In any event, it is not a parole or conditional parole but a partial release in specified circumstances on a specified schedule.

I have seen "Day Parole" in Canada for a conditional release for education, work, counseling, family activities.....

Explanation:
I think this is the nearest equivalent in British English. Prisoners go out to work, study, attend hospital etc but must return to the prison at a set time.
