Law/Patents - Law (general) | | French term or phrase: préjugé vaincu | | Two companies are in dispute over acts of patent infringement and unfair competition and the following sentence appears in the plaintiff's brief following several excerpts from a patent: "cette invention est le resultat d'un prejuge vaincu". There should of course be accents on the two 'e's in the first word, but when I try and insert them, they appear as symbols. |
