Law/Patents - Law (general) / litigation
This comes in a Memorandum of Reply in a case before the Tribunal Administratif:

While I believe I understand what they are saying - that none of the applicants has legal standing to bring proceedings? - my brain is failing to come up with the proper way of saying it in this context! Can anyone help please?

Thanks very much - I now recognise the Latin term commonly used but could not think of it at all at the time!
