Il s'agit d'un contrat entre une société et un employé haut placé qui définit les conditions de mise à disposition des actions, sachant que cet employé doit être actionnaire pour pouvoir exercer sa fonction.

Je propose "Position share ownership agreement" mais j'avoue que je ne suis pas convaincue.

Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider...
