"Les arguments seront repris dans les considérants en droit"

and later, "La Cour considere en droit".

Explanation:
If "considérants" is "grounds" or "motive", then it follows. Any other ideas. As for "considère en droit", I would think "The court weighed the legal grounds" or "considered the legal grounds."
