Apparently the link doesn't work, but I googled the exact phrase and one of the results was a pdf document. Maybe this one will work?

This document contains the phrase translated as such:
"Making this notification for information, direction and such legal purposes, with all proper reserves and without any prejudicial acknowledgement."
