French term or phrase:refixer les autres volets de la demande
This phrase appears in a Luxembourg court judgment at the end of the discussion section, just above the "par ces motifs" section where the judge announces the decision.
Here is the full sentence:
Sur demande des parties, il y a lieu de refixer les autres volets de la demande
"Refixer" doesn't seem to make sense in this context and I don't know what to make of it.
Has anyone seen this phrase before? How did you handle it?
