"Mandons et ordonnons à tous huissiers de justice à ce requis de mettre le présent jugement à exécution; À Nos Procureurs Généraux et Nos Procureurs du Roi près les Tribunaux de première instance, d’y tenir la main et à tous Commandants et Officiers de la force publique d’y prêter la main-forte lorsqu’ils en seront légalement requis; En foi de quoi, le présent jugement a été signé et scellé du sceau du Tribunal."

... the I'd suggest this :
"Summon and order all and any Bailiffs requested thereto to have this judgment carried out; all Procureurs Généraux (heads of prosecution departments at the courts of appeal) and the King’s Prosecutors at the Courts of first instance to enforce it, and all Commanders and Officers responsible for public order, to assist when legally required to do so; In witness whereof the present judgment was signed sealed with the Court’s seal."
