the company name is followed by the phrase,"cont le siège social est situéXXXX, prise en la personne de son représentant légal, domicilié en cette qualité audit siège, où étant et parlant à: come il est dit à la minute.
I have translated it all up to "où étant et parlant à: comme il est dit à la minute.

I am having problems with the glossary because I did check this and came up with "no entry". However, when you give me the references I copy and paste them and have no problem at all. I will check the next term, but if I can't access the glossary for it, I will post it.
