French to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents
French term or phrase:en participation
This is in a company's 'objet".
There is a list of all kinds of transactions, than, at the end:
"le tout, tant pour elle-même que pour le compte de tiers ou en participation, et sous quelque forme que ce soit". As a partner?
Perhaps the context was not clear. The corporate purpose includes various transactions, which are to be carried out "both on its own account and on behalf of third parties or xxxxx, in any form whatsoever". I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with accounts or dividends!
