French term or phrase: etablissement de droit
Still on judgements that have been passed. this part deals with the address of one of the plaintiffs: Sentence is
l'Etablissement de droit de XXXX, ayant son siège à XXXX

I have sort of got the gist of the sentence, but cannot find the right way of phrasing it. Any help would be really appreciated!!

municipal establishment/company/corporation of XXX
Explanation:
"établissement de droit" is generally followed by "public" (State-owned) or "privé" (private corporation), and, in some cases "local"; if XXXX=XXXX, I am presuming you are dealing with a "local public corporation".
