|French term or phrase: Domicilié aupres de la banque|
|This phrase appears on a contract under the heading domiciliation bancaire. I am not sure what is meant by this and would be grateful for any clarification! 'Le présent marché sera domicilié pour le prestataire aupres de la banque'|
In these kinds of contract an "address for service" is chosen by the parties, where notices can be served on them. It is unusual for a contract itself to have such address, so I think you can safely use "domiciled", or its "legal address."
