French term or phrase: waiver of breach
NO waiver by either party of any breach, default or violation of any term,
warranty, representation, agreement, covenant, condition or provision of
this agreement shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach, default
or violation of any term, warranty, representation, agreement, covenant,
condition or provision.

Bonjour,

English translation:In this case, "waiver" = "forgiveness"
Explanation:
You and I have a contract. I violate one of its clauses. You forgive me, and do not take the legal action to which you are entitled by the contract.

However, the fact that you have forgiven me for one violation of the contract does not mean that you are required to forgive me for any other violations that I may commit in the future.

Does this help??

Cheers,
HC

une dérogation en cas de défaillance

Explanation:
