English translation:seizure order, order for the seizure of good/money/property..., garnishee order
Explanation:
This claim (?) is set out (forth - US) in the seizure statement of 20th October 2000.

You do not say whether goods or monies are being seized. If it's money, then the right term may be "garnishee order".

garnishee proceedings : a judgement creditor may obtain an order against a third party who owes money to, or who holds money on behalf of, the judgment debtor. (Oxford Dic of Law)

The seized property is money in bank accounts...
but I doubt that the translator who has to translate
my English version into Thai would understand "guarnishee order"

Thanks a lot for your prompt help...
