Explanation:
1. Timbre "Droit de Chancellerie" = Consular Fee payment stamp [i.e., a stamp placed on a document, to indicate that a fee has been paid to the consulate of a particular country for the certification (or attestation of validity) of the document on which the stamp appears]

2. Administration de l'Enregistrement = (Civil) Registration Administration
3. Bureau des Actes Civils = Civil Registry Office

4. le CCP = le Centre de Chèques Postaux = the Postal Checking Center (known in the U.K. as the "National Giro")

[The Giro system is similar to the postal money-order service in the U.S. It allows money to be transferred, via check, into and out of accounts maintained by the postal services in various countries (such as the P&T [Postes & Télégraphes] in Luxenbourg; the Postcheque system in Belgium; and the Poste [Post Office] in France).]

5. Centre Commun de la Sécurité Sociale = Public Social Security Center

The web site below contains the following information about Social Security in the country: "Luxembourg's comprehensive social security package is composed of five major elements: sickness and maternity, retirement, family allowances, accidents and unemployment fund. This extensive social security system is built around a series of independent public institutions, each insuring against a particular kind of risk, and organized into professional categories. In general, these different categories are managed by a board of elected representatives which includes employers and employees."

For more info, you could contact the Embassy of Luxembourg at 2200 Massachusetts Avenue N.W., Washington, D.C. 20008; or phone it at (202) 265-4171.

6. Registre de Commerce = Commercial Register or Corporate Register (U.S.); Trade Register (U.K.)
