This is from an animal feed manufacturer's presentation on how feeds are tested and irradiated. I'm having trouble with word order here:

Nous réalisons des contrôles sur les matières premières en fonction de critères nutritionnels clés et facteurs de risques associés au type d'ingrédient. Un contrôle organoleptique et par infrarouge proche des matières premières à réception est réalisé. Des contrôles Physico-chimiques et bactériologiques sont réalisés par des partenaires externes spécialisés.

I'm not sure what they're saying here and why "à réception" is not at the end of the sentence.
