Nous vous résumons, ci-après, les éléments qui nous semblent avoir été déterminants dans le développement de notre politique Sécurité :

- Démarche lancée depuis 22 ans.
- Culture sécurité naturelle en raison du passé historique de la région (bassin minier).
- Organisation autour de la démarche PRISME initiée en 1998 (Prévention Intégrée par une Sécurité Maîtrisée par l’Encadrement).
- Maintien d’un état d’esprit Sécurité permanent par un programme de formation conséquent:

I can't seem to find any references, and although I can leave the acronym as is, I think I should explain what it is.

This does not include the idea of a prism though, with all it involves of a framework containing everything safely inside, and being able and look at everything within it, through great organisational skills and mastering.

may I therefore suggest leaving at as Prisme, adding AKA Prism, and putting a translator's note as to its meaning?
