Hello everyone, I'm suffering from Monday morning no ideas coming....
This is part of an interview for a multinational company who have decided that after reorganisation there will be one big worldwide purchasing unit for specific materials instead of several local units.

The question is "La fonction Achats change de dimensionne; la différence avec avant?"

Any ideas are welcome; I need coffee.....

Another idea. It depends whether you want to emphasise size or organisation. Referring to the other answer which keeps 'dimension' it tends to imply a radical change, whereas 'scale' is simply a matter of size.
