At first I thought this was a typo for "relatif" but as it comes up twice.... "projets devant permettre aux projets d’acquisitions de satisfaire aux critères de rentabilité suivants du Groupe xx: (i) le ratio valeur actuelle nette/investissement doit être supérieur à 10%, et (ii) effet relutif sur le résultat net avant trois ans"

Explanation:
relutive was the other proposal in the same previous question.
antidilutive is the term used in international accounting standards (IAS 33 Earning per share).
