This relates to an evacuation procedure in the event of fire. The last part of the sentence is causing me problems.

Lors du déclenchement des sirènes d’évacuation, le personnel stoppe son travail et se rend au point de rassemblement de son secteur où il est pris en charge par les chargés d’évacuation qui ont pour mission de conduire les personnels au point de rassemblement général de l’usine où est affecté l’appel.

Perhaps you can word it better but it's just that they check everybody of on a list when they get to the main fire evacuation area
