Some comments to the context
There is something missing
context :
cela signifie coordonner près de cinquante intervenants en simultané
and these seem to be "les intervenants":
des équipes internes de la banque à distance
du marketing relationnel
de la direction
??? offre politique clientèle
and so on up to the webmasters
??? stands for the missing part
Also it is unlikely that the management ( la direction ) will take care of customer service issues , they ususally hire other people to do that
I would suggest split the two
