I don't know how relevant this is to the text in question, but "juste retour" harks back to Thatcher. A search on "juste retour money back thatcher" (for example) comes up with some interesting stuff - which as I say, may or may not be relevant here...

neutral  Michael J.H. Davies: :-) - well I suppose 'I want my money back' could be a reasonable response from someone who felt that they did not get 'juste retour' for their investment but perhaps not for someone engaged upon a translation exercise!
