This is the first step in a chain of steps explaining how change is to be managed in a large company. The following steps are:
- Quiz amont et modules e-learning
- Séminaire 1 Méthodes et training sur moments clés
etc, etc., terminating with the inevitable 'Bilan'.
My problem is that I don't think it has anything to do with engineering in this context. Could it simply be 'planning' or something similar?
