French term or phrase: porteur de sens à l’inverse
I am finding it difficult to understand this sentence especially porteur de sens à l’inverse

The earlier sentence reads as:

My attempt is

The change of organisation in itself does not go against work on the result process

Thanks for suggestions offered

English translation:meaningful, conversely
Explanation:

The comma is very important to the meaning of the sentence.
"This change ... is not meaningful, as opposed (or inversely, or conversely) to the work on the ... process".

agree  Michael GREEN: That's how I read it - in the absence of a comma the sentence is not, um, ... meaningful!

agree  writeaway: clear enough. comma is missing but even so... not so sure about the use of 'conversely' but at least Asker is now on the right road.
