having ticked boxes? If he is chairman, he is also a member of the board. Maybe someone just ticked all the applicable boxes in a list.
Then again, under the French system you can have directeurs who are not board members. A client of mine has five directeur-général adjoint, only some of whom are also administrateur. I tend to assume that if he is DG, then he is equally a board member, but that might not be the case if a DGA need not be. But if he is chairman, then surely he is a board member. |
