French to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Management
French term or phrase: directeur général et administrateur
"Président du c.a. directeur général et administrateur"

UK English please.

I know that there is more than one term, however this question arises from my previous one and there seems to be duplication in this title as a Managing Director surely has to be an Administrator? I note that "directeur général et administrateur" is frequently translated as "Chairman and Managing Director", but Chairman has already been covered by "Président du c.a.". This may all seem obvious to business specialists; I hope it does, as then there should be a definitive answer.
