Or recognized, perhaps?

the neat and snappy Fr construction can't be kept in En. The colleagues are informed and the queries are sent to them. Afaik that seems to be the gist in any case.

I'm afraid I'd probably go back and replace "notified" with a different word, in these circumstances, because I can't think of an elegant way to rephrase "notified and dispatched". I'd probably use "the shared and transmitted query", as I don't like "dispatched". Just my two penn'orth.
@writeaway, I think you are right in the meaning, but Claude-Andrew will have just as many problems trying to use "informed" in that context; he can't put "the informed and dispatched query" either.

That is not the sense of the verb: the making or submitting of a query is dealt with elsewhere. This is simply the sharing of queries with colleagues. (Presumably in a sililar way to our questions on Kudoz!)
