French term or phrase:Kiosque RH
This is the name they give to the application - or rather its visible interface - for administering interviews with staff for skills assessment and training organization. I hesitate to use "HR Kiosk" because it doesn't sound dignified enough (but feel free to suggest that if you think it will do).
To give you a taste of what "Kiosque RH" is naming:
On the home page we have menu tabs:
Mon dossier - Mon équipe - Mon activité - Information - Administration - Sécurité
"Mon dossier" is open in the screen capture given, and we find a list of interview appointments with various staff members.
In the next screen capture, the "Mon activité" tab is open and we have:

Actually, it is open to all and sundry in the company - with certain rights and denials of access of course according to hierarchy. It appears to be a peer-assessment procedure. So all in all, I think it's going to be Kiosk. Thanks for terminal, though, it'll go in my terminology list.
Yes, it's an intranet application, but I'm sure now their choice of 'kiosque" was to give some concrete feeling to an otherwise abstract facility.
One-stop shop is a good idea too, but too long, as they frequently acronymify the thing to RHK ... as per usual!
Do you mean an intranet application, or a physical object as Liz's references imply?
I think kiosk is fine - it implies a place where you can get lots of different things, such as newspapers, cigarettes and lottery tickets. If you don't like it, you could say "one-stop shop" or "contact point".
