French term or phrase: jeu de simulation (full title)
It's a kind of computerised role-playing game for executives, and am reasonably happy with "role-playing game" but I can't think how best to phrase the full title of the description (between stars below). Any ideas?

Yep, thanks for suggestions, Allan. I really think we needed "role-play" or "role-playing" here, as this is what English-speakers would call it instead of "simulation".

sim game

Explanation:
It doesn't have to be a complicated term. The word "sim" is often used on yahoo banner ads with an image of a plane landing on a tarmac. Nothing to get highly intellectual about. Keep it simple. You can always add it's for executives or management role playing to explain how the game is played and why or what for.
