Thank you this is in fact what they mean - you are right it was in the database as PV de recette - somehow though that didn't come up when I searched for PV. Thanks again though.

Explanation:
since they are using PV, which I suppose in their case, means Procès verbal, it is a more formal term than just a receipt slip - of course if PV means something else here... ;-(
as another colleague mentioned there might be an official acceptance aspect to this
