Tech/Engineering - Manufacturing / stock management
French term or phrase: car sans valeur ajoutée au regard du savoir – faire XXXX
Proposer une capacité de gestion globale sans approvisionnement car sans valeur ajoutée au regard du savoir – faire XXXX.

Where XXXX is the name of the service provider - a company specializing in the supply and management of stocks of technical components.
This whole section seems to be written in a sort of note form.

because, in the light of XXX's expertise, it will not provide any added value.
Explanation:
I think the author of your text means "eu égard au savoir-faire" so "in the light of" or "given". It suggests that XXX's high expertise will add so much additional value that the supply component really makes no difference one way or the other.

turn it around

Explanation:
"Offer global management-only solutions, which, unlike the supply offer, will allow XXX to draw upon its core competencies and add value..."

Or something like that. I think that what they are saying (like many manufacturing + supply companies) is that supply only = no value add but global solutions = value add.

agree Charlie Bavington: or maybe even "compared to" in this one - propose a global system minus procurement since there is no added value (in including procurement) in comparison with XXXX’s expertise (in the field). But yes, I think you've got the right idea certainly

agree Tamara Salvio: especially with Charlie's addition & use of 'procurement' rather than 'supply'

because no value has been added through know-how

Explanation:
This is how I understand the phrase. I admit it doesn't sound graceful.
Depending upon the context you could replace "know-how" with "technology," "development,"... even "The product has not been improved"...
