Otherwise, you're reading meaning into the translation that doen't exist in the original. It looks like the brand is being launched at a number of places/locations/sites at once, within at least some of the countries. [BTW, the phrasing is tentative, as I don't have the larger context] English loves those hyphenated "multi" terms just as much as French does. I found 7,090 hits on Alta-Vista for "Multi-location", and 3,582 for +multi-location+business (to make sure I took out a lot of the software-related stuff that was showing up for just plain multi-location).
