Sentence finishes "sans chercher sa route". It forms part of publicity for residential development. This section provides the directions ie. leave motorway at exit 45 etc. etc. and this sentence is very last one of this particular point/paragraph. Does it mean argument literally ?? Could be if they've ever travelled with my family!!!
