I need a reading of this:

"Lorsqu’un produit ne se vend pas, c’est :
Parce que le client ne le connaît pas
Parce que le commercial ne le connaît pas
Parce que le support ne le connaît pas et ne peut pas le démontrer ou même en parler
Parce que la connaissance qu’en a le support et partant le commercial est une connaissance technique = **ce que fait le produit par opposition à ce qu’il apporte au client**"
