Many thanks - I had considered that "adoc" may well have been "ad hoc", given that the text is a series of sometimes poorly-written market research answers. The main issue was with p/r, but I went for "meet the criteria" in the end as, again, it made most sense in the context.

However, I am firmly convinced that p/r à... is short for 'par rapport à...', which seems to fit well in the sentence, and I have occasionally come across this abbreviation in technical 'short-hand' — like 'w.r.t.' in English
