A phrase used in a chart laying out measurement indicators for a balanced scorecard evaluation (of a new company training program): The success of the goal to include networking activities in the programme is to be measured by: "Nombre de contacts maintenue dans les 6 mois par les participants (évaluation à froid)"

Explanation:
as in the answer posted by Mara, I originally suggested delayed assessment and then, after further research, changed to delayed feedback at the same time as Emma came up with the idea.
