Hi.
A toy retailer has decided to implement its new loyalty programme. There will be an employee in each shop who will deal exclusively with the loyalty programme, helping customers join the programme, solving problems with loyalty cards... The original French text calls this person "le relais carte magasin" or "le relais programme magasin".
Can it be translated as the "shop card intermediary", or is some other term more appropriate? TIA.
