French term or phrase: Dispositions
This is from an article on a new agreement about pension schemes being introduced for some sectors of a business.

The article begins with a quote from an industry insider on the new agreement. It continues: 'cet accord s'applique au personnel et, pour certaines de ses dispositions, aux directeurs qui travaillent aux Etas-Unis'

The article goes on to explain the detail of the new agreement and how it might potentially affect workers. They ask whether it is just and right to apply the same protocol to workers living in very different cultures/ circumstances.

I have seen numerous threads on 'disposition' in finance and business on here but none seem to fit this context:
'this text will apply to/relates to the peronnel and, in some cases/ arrangements/ clauses to the directors working in the USA'?

It is really the 'pour certaines de ses dispositions' part that I can't find a satisfactory translation for. There are no other references to specific clauses in the article but I'm not convinced by 'cases' either.
Can anyone help?

agree  MatthewLaSon: I would think "provisions" would work. The Asker is also having trouble phrasing "pour certaines de ses dispositions". Bonne Journée!

Explanation:
Hello,

dispositions = stipulations/provisions

If you need help with phrasing, perhaps I would say:

This agreement applies to personnel, with certain stipulations/provisions applying to supervisors who work...

pour certaines de ses dispositions = for certain of its stipulations/provisions (its = the agreement)

No need to translate it "ses" in the English, as it's clearly implied.

I hope this helps.

Asker: Thanks, I had not considered stipulations.
