Explanation:
It appears that a "touche-oreille" is that rod fitted inside the top on a perfume bottle that one uses (or used, in the 1950-60s) to apply perfume to earlobes (in particular), wrists, etc. Some say it is called a "spatula".

In this case it is a rebirth of the "touche-oreille" in the form of dagger.
