English translation:"Product" variable
Explanation:
It simply means the variable "Product" that was entered into the ANOVA.

However, if it's a composite variable derived by factor analysis, you can call it a "factor".

They might have used FA but I can't be sure. It doesn't really matter whether you refer to it as a "variable" or "factor". In any case it's a composite variable and an explanatory variable in the ANOVA.

Notes to answerer
Asker: That's very useful - thanks. Well the 'Product' variable seems to be made up of 'descriptors' for the product - taste, texture etc. would that count as 'factor analysis'?

Asker: Thank you so much for your help.

neutral  rkillings: Stick with 'factor'. "The observed variables are modeled as linear combinations of the factors" (Wikipedia).
