I know there is a simple answer to this, but I just can't pinpoint it! Talking about effects of nuclear power plants on the environment:

L’exploitation statistique des mesures de 14C met en évidence un accroissement de 1% 2 à 3 Bq/kg des niveaux d’activité, càd de l’ordre des incertitudes, sous les vents dominants, lié à l’exploitation des CNPE.
