In a journal article examining the costs related to end stage renal disease, I find the following text:
Pour tout patient nouvellement dialysé, il existe un surcoût lié à la pose de la voie d'abord d'une part, et aux forfait d'entrainement d'autre part.
...
Pour la première année, un patient incident consomme un cycle A les six premiers mois de sa prise en charge et un cycle B au semestre suivant. Les PATIENTS PRÉVALENTS consomment quant a eux deux cycles B par an.
