French term or phrase: Bagues autolube
Specifications sheet...

oilless rings

Explanation:
The ring has holes in it containing the lubricant (a sort of reservoir).

In theory these are not the same as "self-lubricating" bearings, in some cases at least, since in self-lubrication the oil is fed in the the "usual" channels, only there are no pumps to feed it, the circulation of oil occurring by natural thermo-dynamic means. But I imagine "self-lubricating" and "oilless" overlap to a great extent.

oilless rings/bearings

Explanation:
The ring/bearing has holes in it containing the lubricant (a sort of reservoir), i.e. the oil is "in" the metal.

In theory these are not the same as "self-lubricating" bearings, in some cases at least, since in self-lubrication the oil is fed in the the "usual" channels, only there are no pumps to feed it, the circulation of oil - between different metal parts, not IN either of the parts - occurring by natural thermo-dynamic means. But I imagine "self-lubricating" and "oilless" overlap to a great extent.

Oilless bearings are pretty standard in hydropower turbines.
