I've spent several hours trying to figure out this one paragraph. This is from an appendix to a contract for the supply of radiator valves and fittings. Don't ask me what 'il consacre...' is supposed to refer to, however the gist of this paragraph is that it is listing the parts the supplier is going to be responsible for manufacturing. These are all parts related to thermostatic radiator valves, and I think I've figured them all out, except 'cavaliers de blocage de température', which I can't find the proper translation for.
I'm just hoping Alex (or another of you technical wizards) is still up...
