Explanation:
I agree with Tony M for the lever+ frame comment and with Bashiqa for the translation, however would replace 'housing' with the term use by Tony - 'frame'. Housing denotes containing something to me which I don't think applies in the context of triple vacuum cups.

Explanation:
Seems to me "monobloc" applies to everything that precedes. IOW, the lever and its "armature" - whatever that might be - are a single aluminium casting, not two pieces bolted together, say.

Looking at the thing - http://www.manutan.fr/ventouse-de-manutention-triple-force-1... - I see it has THREE levers, that they are black, and that the green bit is indeed the frame.
